12 week fitness program for only $12.99


Lets start from the beginning with a 12 week workout program. This program will take you from a beginning step to be able to customize your workout program. Perhaps you have chosen not to have exercised in a long period of time and you don’t know where to start. These simple, well instructed videos will show you how to customize your workout program. Each program only requires an exercise band, small hand weights and a chair. Each video is an all body workout program. Once you feel comfortable with the warm ups and exercises you should be able to accomplish the workout in a 25 minute time period. Easy to do on your lunch hour from your computer!

Video #1- Is a great place to start with exercise bands, a chair to use for balance, and sitting exercises. Clear and accurate instructions, will help you customize the program to your personal needs.

Video #2- A step up in difficulty to carefully take you to the next level. The only equipment required is exercise band, 5lbs weights, and a chair. Clear instructions and motivational ideas will guide you for the next 4 weeks.

Video #3-To keep you challenged this last video will be a great step towards your goals to gain strength and meet your fitness goals. Equipment required will be exercise band, 5# weights, and a chair.

These three videos are designed to tone up your lower and upper body and to increase your strength and balance at a intensity equal to your comfort level.

I would suggest you workout with each video 2 or 3 times a week for 4 weeks. Then go on to the next video for the following 4 weeks. This will give you a fitness plan for the next 12 weeks.

My Trip to Africa


Africa was a life changing trip for me. When individuals ask me what I thought about Africa I told them it was beautiful and ugly. Beautiful flowering bushes, trees and landscaping, Victoria Falls was breathtaking, and I fell in love with the African people.

The ugly part of my trip was poverty, starvation and disease.. I was invited to Zambia to
be a speaker at three women’s conferences. What a privilege to be a speaker sharing the book of Ruth from the Bible. I also had the privilege of working with many women and addressing their fitness goals. The majority of the women live behind 10 foot cement wall, 3 foot electric fences and 24 hour guards and guard dogs, putting workouts in a new light. Running out to the corner fitness center is impossible, besides there are NO fitness centers. We forget how spoiled we are living in the States where we can run out our front
door for a walk or to the corner fitness center. Yet, many of us still continue to lead unhealthy lives with out proper exercise, diet and rest.

Where do you start? Let me answer that for you!

The beginning of the year came with a jump start of women making healthy decisions. I have had a record number of emails from around the world. Many women are looking for fitness guidelines to turn their years of mistakes and bad decisions into a positive obtainable goal. I have had women from Asia, Africa and all over Europe all asking the same questions "WHERE DO I START?"

What a wise question, as we don't want to jump into a situation that could discourage us ...again. Nor do we want to begin at a starting point where we are concerned about injuries. So where do we start? Well there a so many things to take into consideration.

*medical problems
*exercise equipment
*your time frame


Think also about your fitness and weight goals.

If I would have to guess, I would say 65% of the hundreds of emails I received the past few months have all contained the same word, menopausal. This is becoming a huge concern among women, and it should be a concern. I hear so many times about energy level, hot flashes and weight gain.

Studies have been done and exercise is a great way to help in all these areas. I have clients that I work with that don't want to workout, they are too tired to work out. Yet, they show up and workout with me. As a result they find (within weeks) that they are feeling better, have more energy and are sleeping better. As a result they become hooked on exercise. Resistance Bands


Starting to exercise with a resistance band is a great way to start exercising. I have so many clients that use one for a number of reasons. Many of the women that I work with in Europe live in very small apartments where room is limited. A resistance band is perfect for small areas and fits in the corner of your suitcase while traveling. Many of the women I work with live in countries that do not have fitness centers. Something we can’t even image as we have one on every corner in the states.
